Wholesale Policies

First Order $150.00, Re-Order $25.00

Payment is due before shipment can take place. We accept business checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, bank transfers, and PayPal. If you are paying via check, please note that shipment will not take place until the check has cleared. This could take 7-10 business days. Net 30 available with established accounts. USA Buyers: Orders will be shipped via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. Flat Rate prices start at $7.40 and go up from there. If you have a preference for a different carrier, please let us know upon placing your order. All orders are shipped from San Diego, CA.

The most cost effective shipping method will be chosen for your country unless otherwise notified.

Typically, orders are shipped out within 3-6 business days granted payment has already been received. However, larger orders or orders with products/supplies that are out of stock could take 2-3 weeks to make before they are shipped out. If any item reaches you in a damaged condition, Grey Theory Mill will issue a replacement at no extra cost to you. Grey Theory Mill cannot refund the shipping costs. Please contact Jonnie within 72 hours of receipt of items to notify of any issues/concerns so we can arrange shipment of damaged product back to us. (A picture of damaged item is required).

We accept returns of items that are returned in the same new, ready-to-sell condition within 7 business days at customers expense with a 20% restocking fee.

Orders may be revised or canceled within 24 hours from the time they are placed. After the 24 hour window has passed, cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee. (In most cases, we start preparing an order once it is received.)

Want something exclusive to your shop? Let’s talk! Custom products are available with a low minimum of 10 pieces. Items can be sent unpackaged/branded or you can provide to us an “Exclusive to (Insert shop name)” Sticker that we can adhere to our branding. Sticker sizes will be determined upon product dimensions and will be the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes the design, cost, and shipment if you choose.

Ideally, we do prefer for our branding to be used for selling our jewelry. However, we do not require it as we know some shops are very wary of customer's choosing to buy online instead. If you do not require branding for your order (earrings cards, tags, etc) please let us know so we can save said materials for other orders.

Items may not be resold through marketplaces such as Open Sky, Amazon, Etsy, etc, and only may be resold through the retailers brick and mortar store, or the retailers own website. This does not apply to Exclusive Products. Items may not be advertised at less than 50% above wholesale prices. Does not apply to Exclusive Products.

Retailers who carry the Grey Theory Mill line will be the only supplier within a 1 mile radius around said store. Any distance under 1 mile will be permitted on a case by case basis and will be addressed with each store in that radius. Multiple stores may be permitted in the same 1 mile radius if the products on their orders are different from the other stores orders. This way, our line can be best represented. Any concerns regarding exclusivity can be addressed at time of order. Retailers who average an annual order total of $2,000 USD will be given priority for exclusivity. When and if retailers do not meet these order requirements another interested retailer may be brought in. We do our best to grant exclusivity, but as we grow, it's become harder and harder to notice every exclusivity issue that arises. If there is an issue that we missed, please-please let us know so we can make it right!
